The staff were very friendly 24/7 and were able to help us with everything we asked them about and more! Ideally located, close to central rail & bus services. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. So centrally located that you can walk to the markets, harbout, designer stores and parks.
Top Tip
Harbour Cruise, a visit to Suomenlinna and a guided bus tour are well recommended if you have limited time.

Generally good but a bit overpriced - book early to get the best deals. Breakfast is impressive.

Hotel is next to a large shopping centre. Stock up in the supermarket if you fancy a picnic. One day tourist ticket for HKL buses & trams includes public ferry to Suomenlinna.

If I'd paid rack rate for this hotel I'd have been extremely disappointed. Although it has been refurbished recently the bathroom was poor. The twin beds were larger than single bed size which was a comfortable bonus.

The trip out to Suomenlinna was worth it. Although everything was closed in mid April (winter season) we easily spent two hours exploring the fascinating fortifications.
Finland is expensive!
